We include all marketing costs within our fixed fee structure and can guarantee you that you won’t be surprised by any unexpected charges or expenses, as our fees are all inclusive.

In summary, our fee structure when achieving the best price for your Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells home, is as follows:

1% + VAT (1.2% VAT included) of the agreed sale price of your home (paid on completion) – this fixed fee includes the cost of photography, floor plan, EPC certificate and all our innovative marketing activities. We facilitate all the viewings ourselves and will provide initial feedback after each viewing, with additional feedback the next day.

We do charge a minimum fee of £3,000.00 + VAT for every property sale.

When an offer is accepted, buyers will need to undertake an identification check and asked to provide information on the source and proof of funds. This is done to meet our obligation under Anti Money Laundering Regulations (AML) and is a legal requirement. We use a specialist third party service called Thirdfort, together with an in-house compliance process, to verify all the information provided.
