o Proportion of the asking price achieved.
o Quality of property listings and marketing.
o Customer reviews and overall service levels.
• Significance: The Gold Award places an agency in an elite group, often the top 5% or 4% nationally, a recognition intended to help consumers find and instruct the best agents.
