We offer a home finding service which incorporates either of the following 2 scenarios:
SCENARIO 1: Properties not on the market - we will approach the owners of a property that you have identified as being your dream home that is currently not on the market (on your behalf) and register your interest. We will then negotiate the best possible price and terms, if the owner is interested in selling.
SCENARIO 2: Properties already on the market - we will help you find your dream home form those homes that are currently on the market and then negotiate the best possible price and terms.
STEP 1: Client Brief
To discuss in detail your individual needs and understand exactly what it is you are looking for. You may have identified individual properties already that are not currently on the market.
STEP 2: The Search Begins
We start sourcing properties that precisely meet your requirements – for those properties that are currently on the market. Or alternatively, for properties you like that may not be on the market, we will approach the owners on your behalf and register your interest - only once we have carried out a detailed level of research into what we believe the property is worth.
STEP 3: Negotiations
When you are comfortable with the layout of the property and are ready to make an offer, we will seek to negotiate a purchase price up to your maximum ceiling. We will negotiate the best possible terms and price for you, keeping you fully updated at every stage.
STEP 4: Progression Process
When the sale is agreed, we will liaise with everyone in the chain – including estate agents (if any) and solicitors. Again, keeping you fully updated at every stage.
