Put the estate agents on your short list to the test and ask them about their performance data for the past year, specifically:
• What their average sale time is?
• How many price reductions they have affected in the past few months?
• What percentage of the listing price they achieve?
• How many people view their listings on each of the property portals on a daily basis? After all, this is where 98% of buyers start their property search.
